WHO WE ARE


Ardmore Home Design (AHD), founded in 2008, is a privately-owned, fast-paced, founder-led entrepreneurial company where we value people with strong skills to make our products and processes better every day. We design, sell and distribute luxury home décor to interior designers as well as boutique/luxury retailers globally.

The AHD family of wholesale brands includes Made Goods (flagship furniture made from unique materials); Pigeon & Poodle (home and bath accessories); Blue Pheasant (handcrafted tabletop products) and Thucassi (artisanal candles and fragrances).

Meet the executive team

  • chris dewitt

    FOUNDER

    Chris studied marketing and entrepreneurship to earn his Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He then worked at product focused companies with strong brand cultures (Nike, Levi’s, Urban Outfitters, and Free People). He has a strong belief that something special is created when product, brand and customer are aligned. Chris launched Made Goods with Oscar Yague in 2009, followed by Pigeon & Poodle, Blue Pheasant and Thucassi. For Chris, the Ardmore brands represent timeless, beautiful and unique pieces that focus attention on both functional and aesthetic details.

  • Oscar yague

    FOUNDER

    A native of Barcelona, Oscar received his degree in photography and movie production, as well as an MBA in economics. He began his career at Anthropologie as a home buyer where he honed his ability to create and source unique products and materials. Merging passions for marketing, stunning craftsmanship, and impeccable attention to detail, Oscar and Chris DeWitt launched Made Goods in 2009. What began with a single mirror collection designed by Oscar evolved into a family of brands – Made Goods, Pigeon & Poodle, Blue Pheasant and Thucassi.

  • JULIE BICKAR

    BOARD MEMBER

    Prior to joining Ardmore Home Design as a management consultant, Julie held a variety of positions in mergers and acquisitions, corporate venture capital, strategic planning, international business development, and marketing leadership. She began working with Ardmore Home Design in 2013 when Pigeon & Poodle was launched, and then joined the board of directors in 2017. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • SHANE BROGAN

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Shane received his degree in retail and consumer sciences from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining Ardmore Home Design, he served at various companies including Abercrombie & Fitch, Urban Outfitters, West Elm, and Williams Sonoma. He speaks fondly about the soul in interior design, flourishing in a career where he can help deliver the feeling of home to someone, from the details of lighting and accessories to the furniture filling the rooms.

  • Sandy Renteria

    CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

    Sandy has worked in human resources for over two decades, beginning in the staffing sector. She then moved into the retail space, where she spent seventeen years in apparel. From there, Sandy transitioned into a Chief People Officer role at PacSun and Eddie Bauer before joining Ardmore Home Design as Chief People Officer. She derives satisfaction from fostering a happy workforce.

  • LEANNE BARSOTTI

    VP OF SALES, MADE GOODS AND PIGEON & POODLE

    Leanne began her career as a high school teacher, where she taught for one year before transitioning into sales. Prior to joining Ardmore Home Design, she started her own business as a sales rep in Northern California, concentrating on decorative accessories and furniture. In 2010, Leanne was the second contract sales rep hired for Made Goods. In 2015, she joined Ardmore Home Design as an employee to develop, grow, and manage the sales department. As VP of Sales, Leanne enjoys thinking outside the box to implement new business strategies, as well as cultivating how products are used in various design projects and placed on retail floors.

  • pam burke

    GLOBAL SALES DIRECTOR, BLUE PHEASANT

    Pam started her career in sales and marketing as an account manager. Managing a five-state territory, she traveled extensively as an independent sales rep. Her experience in product development gave her the credibility to speak to the quality and beauty of tabletop collections. As Global Sales Director of Blue Pheasant, Pam loves cultivating Blue Pheasant as a lifestyle brand. She enjoys the balance of creativity and analytical thought present in her position.

  • Sean gillespie

    SALES DIRECTOR, BURTON JAMES

    Sean began his home furnishings career in European antique sales and later at Zona as a Sales Manager and Buyer. There, he met Mitchell Gold and joined Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams as a training and product specialist. In this role, Sean trained salespeople throughout the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada on selling upholstery. After two years at the company, he was promoted to Regional and Key Accounts Manager, working with boutique retailers, MG+BW signature stores, and contract & hospitality firms. He also developed private label programs for the Restoration Hardware and Starbucks brands. Sean was with Made Goods for five and a half years as the NYC Territory and Key Accounts Manager, and now he leads sales for Burton James.

  • Jenny Czerwien

    VP OF BRAND

    Jenny joined Made Goods during its second year in business acting as a General Manager. Her degrees in Advertising, Merchandising and Spanish Language allowed her to jump in quickly at Made Goods. Throughout her career with Ardmore Home Design, she helped launch Pigeon & Poodle, Blue Pheasant, and Thucassi wholesale brands. Her role became focused on visual direction, managing the presentation of all brands at tradeshows, in showrooms, and other physical spaces. In her current role as VP of Brand, Jenny oversees both the Visual and Marketing departments at Ardmore Home Design.

  • Raj Karnik

    VP OF TECHNOLOGY

    With a lifelong passion for technology stemming from childhood, Raj has worked in various capacities in the IT field. Before joining Ardmore Home Design, Raj worked for Time Warner Cable and Edison International. He also spearheaded technology departments for renowned brands, such as Hooked on Phonics and Reading Rainbow. There, he leveraged technology to transform and elevate the capabilities of each organization. His career is marked by a commitment to innovation and the strategic use of technology to drive progress. In his current role, Raj appreciates applying his experience and passion for the field to contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
